Christine, a seasoned accountant with over 20 years of experience, has a passion for travel and adventure, having visited 55 countries with the goal of exploring every country in the world. She enjoys hiking in the Rocky Mountains and volunteering with children's charities. Christine also loves sharing her interests, particularly the color purple. As the firm's most senior accountant, she prepares and reviews corporate tax returns and offers consultations on corporate tax and retirement planning.

Roberto, our office's 'glue,' keeps everything running smoothly with his many talents. Fluent in four languages, including a humorous blend of Spanish and English, he enjoys playing squash and has a deep love for reading. As our resident IT specialist and the go-to person for pastry and chocolate treat procurement, his efforts help us survive tax season. Roberto supervises all bookkeeping, prepares and files GST returns for clients, and handles various other tasks as needed. His bucket list includes learning salsa, taking a painting class, and practicing martial arts again.

Dennis, an avid hockey fan often seen in his Hitmen jersey, loves watching games, solving puzzles, and 5-pin bowling. With a passion for diverse experiences, he dreams of traveling to Europe to explore historical attractions. Bringing over 15 years of experience to our firm, Dennis excels in multiple roles. He handles bookkeeping at clients' offices, prepares GST, corporate, and personal tax returns, and serves as our in-house accounting software trainer. Dennis also meets with clients to review corporate tax returns and consults with prospective clients to understand their needs.

Chantelle joined Resolve Accounting eight years ago after completing a course in Accounting and Payroll. She originally started with the company as a practicum student and has been part of the team ever since. Today, Chantelle plays an integral role in keeping the day-to-day operations of Resolve Accounting running smoothly. She supports our corporate clients and staff, helps coordinate workflows, and manages the firm’s accounts receivable. Her organization, reliability, and commitment to both our clients and team make her an essential part of Resolve Accounting. Outside of the office, Chantelle is a proud mom of two and enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves the idea of travelling and hopes to explore new places in the year to come. 

Jasleen is originally from Punjab, India, and moved to Canada in 2021. She began her journey in Canada by studying accounting and then started her career as a Bookkeeper. She enjoys working through the details of each company’s financial transactions, balancing accounts, and making sure everything comes together accurately to prepare the financial statements. Outside of work, Jasleen loves traveling, shopping, and exploring new places. She enjoys discovering new restaurants and trying different foods along the way. She also loves spending time with family and friends and has a particular interest in all things horror. Whether it’s watching horror movies, exploring spooky places, or discovering something mysterious, she’s always up for a little adventure.

Komal, originally from India, brings a strong passion for accounting and a commitment to helping clients stay organized and confident in their finances. As a Senior Bookkeeper at Resolve Accounting, she enjoys working with numbers and keeping clients’ books accurate and up to date. Having completed the CPA Prep program, she is passionate about continuing to grow in her accounting career. Outside of work, Komal is a proud mom to a baby boy and loves spending quality time with her family. She enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the outdoors, with camping in the Rocky Mountains being one of her favourite ways to unwind and create memories with her loved ones.

Soya has worked in this firm since 2022. She migrated to Canada in 2009 with her husband and kids. Her skills lie in personal tax preparation, CRA reviews, and other tax related jobs. Outside of work she has a passion for cooking, gardening  and participating in cultural programs. She wishes to travel back home every year  to reconnect with her roots.

With a passion for supporting small and medium-sized businesses, Rob combines his background in Economics and Finance with a forward-looking approach to accounting. Currently pursuing his CPA, Rob focuses on helping clients navigate the complexities of their businesses while offering innovative solutions like automation, AI implementation, and emerging technologies to simplify operations. He believes that small businesses drive the economy forward, and his goal is to give them the tools and financial insights they need to flourish. While Rob leverages technology to streamline processes, it’s the human connections he values most, ensuring that each client feels supported every step of the way.

Colleen is from Northern Ireland, and has lived in Canada for the last 30 years.  She joined the Resolve Accounting team a year and a half ago after spending over 10 years as a broker in the Aviation Insurance Industry.  After joining us, she took a tax course to increase her knowledge about all things tax related.  Colleen looks after the front desk, intake for personal and corporate clients, answering questions, and anything else that comes her way.  She always has a good sense of humour with a big smile on her face.  Her favorite pastimes are spending time with her adult kids, showing dogs competitively, grooming dogs, Rock Hounding and Panning for Gold.  She doesn't have a bucket list.

Peter came from China to Canada to pursue a new chapter in his life and discovered his passion for accounting along the way. He graduated from SAIT with Honours in Accounting, and Resolve Accounting was his first job in Canada. He is grateful to be part of the Resolve team and enjoys learning and growing with everyone. Peter genuinely loves accounting and takes pride in getting the details right. Whether working through receipts, reviewing transactions, or reconciling accounts, he makes sure nothing gets missed. For Peter, accounting is not just about numbers, it’s about the details, the people, and getting things right.
